What file formats can be displayed? Does the app connect to wallet or do I need to download files to frame?
SILO supports all ERC NFT files, which means no downloading and reuploading your collections. SILO App casts directly from your NFT wallet — simply input your Ethereum address and being casting!
Can I display multiple NFTs automatically?
Of course! Select as many NFTs as you'd like from your profile page and begin casting within seconds.
SILO App allows you to customize the order of your slideshow, choose the duration of each NFT, and more, withadditional features being added with each update.
Which wallets are supported on the SILO App?
Ethereum wallets are fully supported, with the addition of Solana, Polygon, and even a library feature.
Can I display NFTs that have audio components?
Yes! Built-in high-fidelity stereo speakers with headphone jacks allow you to fully immerse yourself in your NFT masterpieces and experience them as they were intended. SILO™ 4-Band Dynamic EQ offers a full range of sound, ranging from 20Hz to 22,000Hz.
Can I cast both horizontal and vertical NFTs?
Yes, SILO is able to display NFTs in both portrait and landscape modes. You can find this option by pressing the settings icon within the
playlist section of the device tab.
Can I change the aspect ratio?
Yes, in our app you can pick how you want the NFT to fit into the frame.
What resolution are the frames?
SILO displays your NFTs in breathtaking 4K resolution, with support for sRGB/DCI-P3 content
and renders with near-perfect accuracy.
How secure is the wallet connection?
With SILO, there’s no need to connect using a smart contract. This means that your wallet, and the valuable assets stored within, are
accessible without the need to provide outside permissions.

All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
